ificantly deviate from a normal distribution. In the following table normality of variables are being analyzed. The table contents the Shapiro-Wilk significant value.
Findings and Interpretation of the results
In the analysis of the first hypothesis i.e. there is a positive significant impact of the foreign direct investment on the employment appeared correct. Result showed that the more the foreign affiliation investment in the economy leads to bring employment in economy. It is highly endorse by other studies as well that foreign affiliation investment leads to higher employment. Similarly the forth and the fifth hypothesis also circuitously supporting the gist of the study that foreign affiliation investment increase the gross domestic product as well as the employment. The literatures which have been analyzed also endorsing the statistically finding of the research are as follows. The study of Federico and Gaetano (2007) is also endorsing that FDI is associated with faster domestic employment growth, relatively to the national industry average. The study of lipsey (2002) also supporting the research statistical result that Foreign entry and larger foreign shares in a production almost always raise wage levels. The study of Ajaga and Nunnenkamp (2008) also endorsing the findings, that there is an evidence of favorable FDI effects on output and employment. The study Balasubramanyam, Salisu, and Sapsford (1996) is also agreeing the study result i.e. FDI plays in the growth process in the context of developing countries characterized by differing trade policy regimes.
In the analysis the most dynamic dimension of the research the second and the third hypothesis elaborating foreign affiliation investment and the employment structural changes in an economy. The statistical finding in the research is that there is an increase in labor intensive employment, whereas there is a decrease in the managerial jobs in an economy due to foreign affiliation investment. The studies which are endorsing the find are as follows. The study of Blonigen and slaughter (1999) is that there is no contribution to the skilled upgrading in the job market from the inward FDI. The studies also indicate that the inward FDI brought new technology; the induced technological change is not biased towards skilled labor. The study of Nunnenkamp and Bremont (2007) founded that FDI had a significantly positive effect on the employment level. Moreover, the study found that the white collar jobs were not significantly improved as compare to blue collar jobs. The study of Freeman (1995) mentioned that there is a decline demand of skilled worker in developed countries. Similarly also mentioned that there is a specifically increased in the less skilled worker jobs to the developing countries. The study of Buffie (1993) also emulated the finding showed that manufacturing sector is highly uncertain. While underemployment is likely to diminish in the short run over the long run the outcome is adverse.
In the accretion of the statistical findings and the literature review, study evidently suggests that the foreign direct investment increase the employment and blue collar jobs. But there is a negative impact of foreign direct investment on the white collar jobs. This study also creating an intersection of two or more hypothesis, to address that there is a positive impact of foreign investment on the GDP and
