ntract laws will obviously play a significant role in the formulation and uniform of contract laws in China. Especially under the frequent contact and communication, influence and interaction in the interaction business between China and the UK, the English contract law will not only influence the formulation and change of the contract in China through the international uniform contract law way but will also impact the change of the contract law in China through the daily communication, interaction and effecting in the international business and cooperation. And the current contract law in China has already emerged the situation that some are same to the English contract and others have been influenced by the English contract law. For instance, the English contract law has influenced the structure of contract law in China, and also impact on the details list of the contract law in China, such as the limitations and requirements, there are many points in the China contact law same as the English contract law. Furthermore, the contract law in China should more learn from the English contract law especially on its implementation capacity and the coverage of the law, as well as the new list in the English contract law which raised in contemporary business should also be learnt by the contract law in China since the English contract law has the long period experience and practice than Chinese. Therefore, due to these significant reasons, this dissertation will detect the details influence of the English contract on the contract law in China.  To detect how the influences have done and what are the details influences of the English contract law on the formulation and changing of the contract law in China could help the fellow scholars to better understand the contract laws in China and also help the international business men to better doing their business in China by the understanding of the similarities of the contract law in China and the UK. It could also contribute to the enrichment of the literatures related to the development and formulation of the contract law in China and the impact of the internationalization and
