Here in this graph we are calculating the point to point utilization value for the packets of different size  here we are taking utilization value from the two routers. And we are taking the value from them

By the graph we can understand that the utilization of the bandwidth by the small voice frame packet is very high when compared with the large voice frame packet. If the size of the packet is higher than usage of the bandwidth will be reduced that is the link speed. So the packet size and the bandwidth are inversely proportional to each other.
