1.1 Introduction

While we can't ignore the fact thatstudies have shown that teacher burnout has intensified in recent years, and this negative stateof mind will seriously affect the mental health of teachers and of course their role playing asteachers.Freudenberger, the American clinical psychologist, first used the term “burnout”. Sincethen psychologists have shown great concern over burnout in different fields. In late 1980s,research on burnout began to extend to the field of education. People gradually find thatburnout has become one of the outstanding problems in education field worldwide.
