The Case Analysis of Neogenius

 

1.0 Executive Summary
The main purpose of this report is making a decision for NeoGenius from the given options. Nowadays, competition in the e-business market becomes fiercer, it is harder for corporations to find their standpoint and take off (Amit and Zott, 2001). NeoGenius is a newly established corporation that mainly provides e-business services. It is running comparatively good in the marketplace. However, if a corporation wants to occupy the leading status in the future market, it must take some effective measures (Gavetti and Levinthal, 2004). NeoGenius is facing a very difficult question for its future development now. After prudent analysis of the economic environment and the operation conditions of this corporation, accurate assessments of this corporation and each choice will be made, then the final decision will be made.
2.0 Introduction
NeoGenius is a corporation set up in Korea Seoul in February 2000. Three of its founders have the work experience of IBM in this field and the others are talented and young programmers. https://www.51lunwen.org/humanresource/2012/0611/2310399825.html In the fast-growing e-business marketplace, NeoGenius has put forward its unique and high-end e-business software package: NeoSite for B2B, leading the consumers to rational and proper procurements through comprehensive assessments of suppliers and other services that can make the consumers maintain harmonious relationships with their suppliers. This software also helps the B2B sellers greatly. With the emergence of stronger competitors and accompanied by other internal management problems, founders of NeoGenius decided that it high time for this corporate restructuring and making big changes to transform. But now the problem is that they have four options to choose and each has its merits and demerits.
