摘要:企业环境下的表现可能对投资者的决策施加影响的原因有两个主要因素。

Indeed, this major strategic problem is worth leaders thinking well. In terms of technology, environment friendly and smart architectures have been widely applied in modern architectures. But in terms of building automatic control and installation of intelligent equipments, its technologies have already been behind. Therefore, its scope of business is constantly shrinking, which makes it much different from the business practice of those fast-developing industries at present. On the product side, the things that the company can sell now, namely, business scope that the construction and installation enterprise can undertake are the qualifications of many years ago, and no larger changes happened in this aspect recent years, which made its way more and narrower. Especially that the current new installation technologies and new facilities are constantly updated, enterprises must increase input in this aspect to broaden its vision. Such as, to improve the depth of product lines, get involved in purchasing and producing, set up equipment sales company. Improve the width of product line, set up a central air conditioning installation department and a specialized real estate development company to improve the competitiveness in the market. To establish a specialized decoration company, I guess it will have more advantages than the small home decoration company with a few people. Construction and installation enterprises now are implementing project manager charging system, but does this system really accord with the development direction of our enterprises now? Maybe it does. But isn’t there any other way? More and more specialized companies are separating those orders with high technical content and profits from installation project, their advantages are much higher. Only professional companies with high technical content are more competitive in the market. To separate the company into several branch offices according to different specialty and widen the existing product lines of the company, thus improving the overall competitiveness of the company in the market. In this way a company can get more profit. If a company still remains in situ, it is constantly retreating in other words, there would only those projects with low technical content, long construction period and low profit be left. If so, your company would lead to a wrong way and become less and less competitive.
After all, it is a matter of people, a waste of human resource. The waste of human resource is much more serious than the waste of materials and money. Imperfect personnel system of a company will bring it enormous loss. China is not short of people, but short of senior management personnel. Senior management that is able to head the company to fight in the complicated market economy is very few. It is not because this kind of people does not exist, but because they are not in our companies, even in our companies, there would be no room for them to give full play in such environment.
Internal analysis should firstly set the development direction of a company. Determine what kind of level a company should reach within a few years.
