英国论文Communication between people and in organizations- A Case Study from China


1.0 Introduction
Communication is the soul of an enterprise’s organization management. In the days when information becomes the first factor of enterprises’ production, organizational communication has been paid more and more attention by enterprises’ managers (Zeuschner,1992). However, when managers paid full attention to organizational communication, they also found that there were more problems existing in organizational communication. Therefore, organizations’ managers must take effective ways and channels of communication to achieve the effective communication of organizations’. In this study, it first reviewed relevant theoretical literatures related to organizational communication, then it took the New A-best supermarket in China as the research object, based on literature review, it conducted a critical analysis towards its organizational communication, pointing out its strengths and weaknesses and trying to propose recommendations for its improvement.

The New A-best supermarket’s main mode of communication strategy is a formal communication. Judging from its results, it has a certain effect, and this model adapts to the corporate culture of the orient collectivism and authoritarianism. However, this mode also has its defects, which is reflected in its high authority and less flexibility. In today's market environment, information changes swiftly, if an enterprise can not acquire important information timely,https://www.51lunwen.org/mediamanagement/2012/0525/2029305612.html  which is no doubt fatal. The study proposed the establishment of an informal communication strategy, adjusting the setting of communication environment and improving the feedback system for the New A-best supermarket, hoping to improve its internal communication efficiency and flexibility by doing so. Besides, the main research objects of this study were organizations and individuals, during the past twenty, thirty years, as the importance of team in an organization has been enhanced, some new proposition was put forward in the academic community, such as team communication, team decision making, team conflict, etc. Therefore, some related topics will be directions of the future research, such as the role of organizational communication in the establishment of a learning team, how to establish a common vision, organizational communication and team activity through organizational communication, and so on.
