摘要：In the choice of planning applications, Development Plan Document (DPD) is the major consideration, so it should be aware of the contents of these documents, and the influence that brought to the area (Kent, 1990). DPD includes Core Strategy, Site Specific Policies and Proposals, Adopted Proposal Map, Areas Action Plan, and other Development Plan Documents.
