1.Introduction
Foreign brands hotels to enter the Chinese market have been a long time. The earlier entry into the Chinese market almost all are high-end products, such as Starwood, Hyatt, Hyatt, etc., these international hotel management groups with strong network, brand, scale advantages, and prominent operating results occupy the main markets of high-end brands 澳大利亚珀斯科文大学酒店管理作业(Zhang, Pine & Lam, 2005). In these high-end product lines, the foreign-funded enterprises play the leading roles. After 2004 foreign hotels have begun to enter the low-end product lines in the Chinese market - economical chain hotels, but in terms of the present market situation, the foreign economical hotel brands in China's development momentum are not as strong as high-end brands, even lag behind the local economical hotels. In this essay, several factors for the constraints of foreign brands in China's development are analyzed, and the corresponding development recommendations are proposed in the end.
