leadership and its influence to his company and workers emotion and
motivation
1. Introduction
As one of the most important concept in the management, the concept of leadership is very different from any other problems in the certain enterprises, it is so necessary for both the individuals and the organization because all of them can be well influenced, motivated and supported in order to make the contribution for certain organizations, especially the effectiveness and success of the organizations(House 2004:15). So leadership problems are always paid special attention, especially for the business cases. Meanwhile, it is also a topic which both asked for the attention from both academic and the practical aspects. And under the circumstance of the development of human resource management (HRM) which is so efficient in the development of the staff, focusing on the problems of the leaders and leadership are becoming more and more important than ever before. So a lot of literatures on HRM are relevant to the leadership, especially the leadership style, the functions of leadership and the leadership models, etc.. (Goffee, R and Jones, G, 2001)
In this paper, we generally focus on the basic problems of leadership, especially how the leadership problem can influence the emotions and motivations of the staff in the certain circumstance. (Mintzberg, H, 1973) After giving a brief introduction of this topic, we summarize the most important issues about leadership, and search for the way leadership can influence the performances, motivations and emotions of the staff. In this paper, a lot of approached are used such as the HRM knowledge in order to further analyze this topic and make all of the analysis more specifically and detailedly. (Hagen, A, Hassan, M and Amin, S, 1998)

As far as I am concerned, there are a lot of both academic and practical theories about leadership because it has a lot functions, especially in the process of dealing with the problems of enhancing the emotion and motivation of all the staff. To be specific, the leader can make full use of their powers to communicate with the subordinates, through a lot of communication ways, although there are a lot of obstacles in the way to lead to the successful leadership, but the aim of the leaders for the successful leadership is to set up the common and give the encouragements and motivations for the staff, meanwhile, it can be helpful in dealing with the problems which appears in the organizational circumstance. And the different communication ways and the styles should be emphasized in order to pay special attention to the leadership's functions on the influences of the staffs.
