1.2 Purpose of the Research

This  research  aims  to  study  junior  high  school  English  writing  based  on  the  theory  of reflective  teaching.  It  tries  to  apply  the  theory  of  reflective  teaching  to  junior  high  school English writing teaching. The purpose is to explore the influence of reflective teaching on the writing of junior high school English students in all aspects, and at the same time to improve the  current  situation  of  junior  high  school  English  writing  teaching,  help  students  improve English  writing  ability,  develop  good  English  learning  habits,  improve  the  English  writing learning strategies of junior high school students, improve their interest in and performance in junior high school English writing. At the same time, it also provides reference for the future application of reflective theory in junior high school English writing teaching.

Since the introduction of 'reflective teaching' related theories in my country in the 1990s, a lot of useful explorations have been carried out on both the theoretical and practical levels. A large number of practical cases fully prove that the active participation of teachers is the key to the final results of teaching reform. They must be given more autonomy to effectively promote teaching reforms and release their enthusiasm for innovative teaching methods and methods. . The reflective teaching discussed in this article can not only help teachers to actively improve their own teaching methods and methods through independent inquiry in the actual application process, but also help solve the problems they encounter in educational practice activities. In ancient Rome, philosophers also emphasized the thinking of cognitive process. 

Scholars at home and abroad have different focuses on reflective teaching research, so they have different understanding of its connotation. J.
