摘要：本文是一篇初中英语教学论文，本文通过访谈和问卷调查，对学生的英语写作进行了调查，并做了大量的准备工作，结合反思性教学设计理论、教学实验，及时对教学手段、教学理念、教学目标进行反思和调整，并证明反思性教学理论在初中英语写作教学中，可以提高学生的英语写作兴趣，改进学生的英语写作策略，提高学生的英语写作水平。

Before and after the reflective teaching experiment, the author issued questionnaires to the students in the experimental class to understand the changes in students’ interest, strategies, and performance in English writing before and after the reflective teaching experiment.
