摘要:The market supplies the customers with various choices. You can choose the car types including the brand, the color that you prefer to, appropriate dates and times that suit you best, the price that you can afford. All of these can be done online by making a reservation online.

According to the meaning of revenue model, ﹙Lee et al , 2006﹚, there are five main revenue models presented as sales, transaction fee, subscription fees, advertising fees, and affiliate fees. In this case, the revenue models are sales, advertising and affiliate. It is not hard to understand sales; this refers to the services or products that the organization provides. In this case, the customers can order the products online and expense some predetermined fee; the customers can pick up the products offline or the organization ship the products to the customers’ home with extra charge. It means you can enjoy a kind of service that the car you have chosen can be sent at your home without your own operation as long as you are willing to pay the charges. As for advertising revenue model, in this case, the organizations all have partnerships with the airlines, hotels which can provide revenue. They are mutually beneficial, the airlines and hotels should pay the organizations revenue, the car rentals can bring some customers for their partnerships, so do the partnerships. It is an important way for the organizations to gain revenue. Then comes the affiliate, because all the organizations have links to other websites﹙Heskett, Sasser, W. E. & Schloesinger, L, 1997﹚, the websites which have links with the organizations should give commissions to the organizations; the websites acquire higher browse frequency. As for a websites, the browse quantity is a main symbol of its vitality; more browse more potential costumers and profits.
