摘要:Today, the international economics are highly integrated. The management thoughts of Western and China tend to integrate. But because the difference culture background of Western and China, the thinking ways of people are different.
Abstract
Learn Western theory and experience blindly in China do harm rather than good. I firmly believe that no human understanding no human management. It is the basic point of human resource management. So learn different cultural background is the priority of integrate two management thoughts. At first this paper analyzed the cultural characteristics of management thoughts of Western and China, compared the difference of management thoughts between Western and China, and then analyzed the human resource management pattern in the U.S., Germany and China. Through those research and analyzed above, finding some contemporary issues of the HRM theory development in China and bring forward recommendations for local Chinese companies and the branch multinational company in China. There are also lots of issues I found in analysis process but can not discuss in this paper: the fundamental reason of cultural diversity; how to really integrate two culture’s essence and management thoughts. In this paper I only put forward theoretical illustration and analysis through data research. Therefore those methods still should be tested and improved for real application. 学习西方的理论和经验盲目地在中国做有害而无利。我坚信,没有人了解没有人管理。这是人力资源管理的基本点。所以,学习不同的文化背景是集成了两个管理思想的优先级。起初,本文分析了西方和中国的管理思想的文化特征,比较西方和中国之间的管理思想的差异,然后分析了美国,德国和中国的人力资源管理模式。通过这些研究和分析了以上的,发现人力资源管理理论在中国发展的一些当代问题,并提出对中国本土企业和建议,分公司的跨国公司在中国。也有很多问题,我发现在分析的过程,但可以在本文中不讨论:文化多样性的根本原因;如何真正集成两个文化的精髓和管理思想。在本文中,我只提出了理论说明和分析,通过数据的研究。因此,这些方法还是应该进行测试和改进了对实际应用。
