2.2.1 Modern brain science theory

Brain science theory by the American teaching Sperry through a large number ofbrain experiments: the left and right hemispheres have different functions. This theoryputs forward that logical thinking plays a major role in the left brain, and those who usethe left brain have strong ability to calculate, analyze and reason: the right brain is mainlyoccupied by image thinking. Research shows that most people are used to using the leftbrain when learning and thinking, that is, people use more logical thinking. However,people's right brain information storage ability and innovation ability far exceed the leftbrain, and many advanced thinking is concentrated in the right half brain, therefore,people's right brain thinking needs to be further developed. Especially in the current teaching environment, teachers do not use the form of picture and text to present thelearning content, so that the students' left and right brain work at the same time, in orderto improve the teaching effect. Tony Buzan said in his study of mind maps that if all theskills in the brain were used at the same time, it would be better than distracting the leftand right brain. Therefore, his mind map is to use the learning method of image and textintegration to present the learning content, to stimulate the left and right brain to work atthe same time, so that the overall function of the brain is fully utilized. 4.1 Preparation phase of action studies

In the preparation stage of action research, the students in the two classes were firsttested and asked to know the students' English condition.
