to the research, independence is a basic need of human, so the development of the classroom should meet the basic needs of students, which are to promote students’ autonomous development. In addition, the traditional classroom teaching has many practical problems, for example, it limits times and space. That is why people have been seeking ways to solve these problems in traditional classroom, while now the implementation of the Flipped Classroom provides a possible solution to this dilemma. Flipped Classroom breaks through the limit of teaching time and space, students can learn from the videos at any place in any time.

1.2 Significance of the Research
In the light of the above background, the author considers that it is very important to carry on the Flipped Classroom Model in primary school English teaching process. Then, the unique phased target teaching in Flipped Classroom transformed the inherent model that students listen to the teachers in class, and digest by themselves after class, into a new model that students ask questions in class while learn by themselves before the class. In this way, the traditional role of “teacher-oriented” has changed into “students-oriented with the teacher as a facilitator”. This is more in line with the purpose of education, which to learn rather than to teach. Therefore, compared with the traditional teaching model, Flipped Classroom teaching model has several advantages: First, Flipped Classroom contributes to the construction of efficient class, and fully stimulates students’ learning enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, turning the classroom into a place where teachers and students can raise questions and solve problems together. Moreover, it also reconstructs the traditional teaching model, deepens the reform of classroom teaching, makes full use of the time in class, and greatly improves the teaching efficiency. Second, the Flipped Classroom can help to construct not only a harmonious relationship between teachers and students but also the peer relationship, so that the goal of “students-centered” can be truly reached.
