摘要:随着社会生活的发展,社会压力不断增大,人们渴望追求高薪,对于企业而言,工资制度是罪不容忽视的一块,否则不仅影响员工的积极性,还会影响企业整体的发展。本文以工资制度为基础,进行简要分析,为留学海外的留学生提供一篇范文指导。

1. 前言


1.1 研究背景

工资,指的是员工从企业获得的补偿他们所作出的贡献的薪酬。员工的贡献可能包括他们的态度,他们的行为以及他们的表现。一般来说,工资包括外部回报像工资,奖金,假期和内部回报率等,此外,还有参与公司决策或得到晋升等无形奖励。这是非常重要的,企业应该高度重视工资的管理。合理和公平的工资管理系统使公司能够最大限度地提高他们的生产力,以保持他们在市场上的竞争力。处理工资和绩效之间的关系是一个好的企业吸引和留住优秀的高素质人才的重要方法。通过工资制度,公司的利润将与员工的利益紧密地联系在一起。本文大概分为五个章节:第一章是前言,介绍文章主旨。本章主要介绍了研究背景和目的,本文的意义,国内外调查,基本框架和本文使用的调查方法。


1. Introduction


1.1 Research background

Salary refers to the compensation that employees gained from companies for their contributions. Employees’ contribution may include their attitudes, their behavior as well as their performance. Broadly speaking, salary includes external paybacks like wage, bonus, vacation and internal returns such as having more involvement in company decision-making or getting a promotion. It is of great importance that companies should attach great importance to the management of salary. For a reasonable and fair salary management system enables companies improve their productivity to its utmost as well as retain their competitiveness in the market. Dealing with the relations between salary and performance well is good to companies to attract and retain excellent and high-qualified talents. Through salary system, companies’ profits will relate to employees’ interests.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction. This chapter primarily introduces the study background and purpose, the relevance of this paper, the domestic and foreign investigations, the basic frameworks and the investigation methods used in this paper.


The second chapter mainly reviews the previous literature, defines the related concepts and the theoretical basis. The third chapter will set the hypothesis testing of the empirical analysis and select the analysis models. The hypothesis testing learns from the outcome of the theorists and combined with the investigation background, which submit three basic assumptions and build three Panel data model to test the hypothesis. After the hypotheses are set, it will be tested in by using the STATA software. The fourth chapter is the conclusion of this article.


1.2 The research question

The salary management absolutely has great impact on companies. Effective and reasonable salary mechanism will satisfy employees and encourage them to make more contribution to companies. Hence, employees’ salary is intertwined with their own performance as well as companies’ performance. Therefore, the research question should include the following: this paper will examine the relationship between salary and firm performance in detail; the paper will also figure out whether employee salaries have the dominant influence on the firm performance, especially the financial performance such as the sales growth, ROE, ROA and other key performance indicators or whether employee salaries in combination with other factors of the employee, such as age, training hours have the dominant influence on the firm performance?
