摘要:随着社会生活的发展,社会压力不断增大,人们渴望追求高薪,对于企业而言,工资制度是罪不容忽视的一块,否则不仅影响员工的积极性,还会影响企业整体的发展。本文以工资制度为基础,进行简要分析,为留学海外的留学生提供一篇范文指导。
By simple statistics method, mean, deviation, t-statistics are used to analyze the relationship between employee salaries and firm performance. For example, This paper describes stability of remuneration change. However, this method is less accurate since it only focuses on the development trends.
4.2.2 Quantitative analysis methods
The method shows that indicators will be provided with the help of five key mathematic tools which include mathematic model, structure-based analysis, tendency analysis and rate analysis. Keep in mind that Qualitative analysis method and Quantitative analysis method should be combined as they both have weaknesses and strengths.
5. Conclusion
The proposal will used various methods to reach the research goal and objective. And the mentioned problems will be answered. The relationship between salary and performance will be figured out in detail and thus it will provide some recommendations for companies who are trying to formulate a reasonable and effective pay structure and stimulate employees’ performance.
