4. Data Collection

4.1 Type of Data

According to the form the data takes, data can be categorized into Qualitative data and Quantitative data.

4.1.3 Qualitative data

It presents data in the forms of words, chart, and graphs without numbers. The results will be shown in the form of numbers through the analysis of the relevant data by using the analysis methods.

4.1.4 Quantitative data

It presents data in numbers. Quantitative data is mainly based on the financial statements of an organization. The results will be shown in the form of numbers through the analysis of the relevant data by using the analysis methods. As for this research, I will find companies; financial statements; employment pay and so on which will be the Quantitative data.

4.2 Data analysis methods

4.2.1 Qualitative analysis method
