In the recent several years, the research of sustainable development gradually changed from academic argumentation to international community and spread around the world. Environment becomes one of the important topics for the discussion of sustainable development.
The connotation of sustainable development is regarding as the Economics and sociology, and treats the globosity as an entirety. Sustainable development includes three aspects: ecological sustainable development, economical sustainable development and social sustainable development [3]. However, since the first man existed in the world, he was alive upon a certain natural condition. In other words, ecological sustainable development is foundation for human existence and evolution.
In China, the environmental protection is increasingly considered by the government. E.g. Marine Environmental Protection Law, Forest Act, Water Pollution Control, Mineral Resources Law, Air Pollution Control Law, Water Law, Wildlife Conservation Law, Environment Protection Law and other relevant laws have published since 1980s. In addition, environment protection was written into the 10th five-year plan for national economy and social development as the important content. The environmental protection has become one of national policies in China.
1.1.2 The important role of forestry
As a part of ecological environment, forestry plays a very important role. Forestry is a kind of basic industry, including producing timber, providing wooden fuel and protecting environment and so on. Forestry has the duality of ecological utility and economic utility [4].
