摘要:本文是一篇初中英语教学论文,本研究以学习活动观为切入点进行词汇教学,旨在从学生词汇学习策略,词汇运用能力和词汇学习态度三方面来探究基于学习活动观的词汇教学的有效性。
本文是一篇初中英语教学论文,本研究以笔者所在实习学校中两个班级98名初三学生为研究对象,开展为期两个月的教学实验。实验班开展以学习活动观为指导的词汇教学,控制班采用传统的词汇教学方式。
Chapter One Introduction
1.1 Research background
In the course of today’s globalization,English,as one of the most importantinternational languages,is playing an increasingly prominent role in internationalcommunication.It can not only promote the exchange of cultures and the sharing ofcivilizations,but also promote the development of international trade,academicexchanges,and the dissemination of information via the Internet.In today’sglobalization,learning English well has become a trend,and English education hasbeen widely valued by domestic schools.As the most basic part of language,vocabulary is the foundation for the development of language ability of junior highschool students,and it is also an important content of English teaching in junior highschool.Therefore,vocabulary teaching,which is the main way for students to learn vocabulary,occupies an important position in junior high school English teaching.
English Learning Activity View is actually a collective term for an idea andapproach to teaching and learning,that is,an idea and approach to organizing andimplementing English language teaching and learning with activities as the core.Asone of the most important concepts of the new Curriculum Standards,it embodies theprogressive concept of language learning and the cognitive rules of the learningprocess,which is needed to promote the development of students’core literacy and isan important way to implement the reform of the English curriculum in compulsoryeducation.(Cheng Xiaotang,2022)
1.2 Research purpose
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of vocabularyteaching based on English Learning Activity View from three aspects:students’vocabulary learning strategies,students’vocabulary use ability and students’vocabulary learning attitudes.This study aims to explore better teaching methods toimprove the quality of vocabulary teaching,so as to stimulate students’interest invocabulary learning,to improve students’vocabulary learning strategies,and topromote students’deep understanding and use of vocabulary.Meanwhile,this studyexpects teachers to actively practice English Learning Activity View in their teachingpractices,to promote their own continuous improvement,and take the reform of theEnglish vocabulary teaching reform to a deeper level.
Chapter Two Literature Review
2.1 Related concepts
In order to better explore the effectiveness of vocabulary teaching based on theELA View,this section sorts out and presents the three related concepts of EnglishLearning Activity View,vocabulary,and vocabulary teaching.
2.1.1 English Learning Activity View
