It is so difficult to let millionaires take out some of their wealth simply. Because their money is also gained through their efforts, we should respect them. Then millionaires will take their money out sincerely. If there are good surroundings, Chinese charity will develop gradually. And our society will also become more harmonious. Conclusion America is the most famous country in charity. And American millionaires’ donation could be found all over the world. The reasons are also known by people. At first, American millionaires believe in charity foundations because American charity foundations have their good management. These foundations could make full use of people’s donation. At the same time, the government and the public supervise these charity foundations. Each charity foundation must make its financial report to the government. Secondly, American tax and law are better than other countries in encouraging the charity’s development. There are also many exclusions and deductions in law about donation. And last, for millionaires, they have enough money to live, and then they need to think how to use it. Besides money, what do they want to get? They know that doing charity is the best choice. All these reasons are about American millionaires’ doing charity. Through learning American millionaires’ charities, we know that China also should develop charities much better.
