But it is seems that Chinese millionaires have seldom done charities. Maybe someone says that there are few millionaires in China, it is wrong, according to a survey, China is the biggest market of luxury of the world. And then there will be some persons thinking there is no historical tradition. In fact, China is one of four ancient civilized countries. It is sure that China must have better surroundings to inspire millionaires. Governmental supporting is necessary. Firstly, government should make those related laws or tax policy. In America, many millionaires love to donate. The most important reason is their consideration of avoiding tax. So, our government could guide millionaires by giving them some privileges in tax. Secondly in the operating of charity foundation, government should make some regulations in finance and supervision. Let millionaires and ordinary people believe in those charity foundations absolutely. At the same time, not only government, but also charity foundation should give millionaires enough encouragement.
