As for Krashen, comprehensible input theory should refer to the following two implications. First, “comprehensible input” is the only condition of second language acquisition. That is to say, human beings cannot learn language until they receive comprehensible input or understand messages. Second, according to the natural order hypothesis, people?s development of language competence obeys certain objective laws. In the process of language acquisition, if our current language level is “i”, with the help of language contexts we can understand the language input higher than the level “i”.

2.2 Review of researches on CSs
Since American psychologist Brunerhad put forward the term “Cognitive
strategy” firstly in 1956, Newell, Shaw and Simon imitated effectively the process of problem-solving through computers in 1958 (Shi, 2001). Based on the theory of “Cognitive Strategy” and their study, they raised a new concept “Learning Strategy”. This concept arouses great attentions from educational psychologists, which leads to their study about language learning strategy in SLA. Later, they divided learning strategy into two categories, macro-strategies and micro-strategies. Macro-strategies have broader extension focusing more on affective and motivational factors. They have close relations with learners? culture background and personality differences, not easily changed by the educational influences. Micro-strategies stress more on special knowledge and skills, which is closely related to cognitive process and easily influenced by education. Therefore, micro-strategies are research emphasis for educational psychologists and linguists. From microcosmic perspective, learning strategies can be classified into various types, for example, listening strategy, reading strategy, vocabulary strategy and oral strategy according to specific needs of learners in SLA. Oral strategy here means communication strategy. Communication strategy relates closely with language input as well as language output. After learners? processing of input, communication strategy is employed in utterances (output) by them to overcome communication problems and to reach mutual understanding goals.
