摘要:本文是一篇高中英语教学论文,在进行了三轮行动研究之后,作者根据所有的数据结果总结了一些主要的发现主要内容如下:

stly, as for the first question, based on the results of the questionnaire survey, and classobservation conducted before the research, the author finds that there are lots of non-ecologicalphenomena currently existing in English writing instruction in senior high school. In current normalteaching, there is embarrassing situation where the students recite the model essay instead of learningwriting. The teachers have no system for teaching writing, while the students’ learning also stop atcopying the language mechanically. The teachers’ writing teaching is more oriented to the collegeentrance examination, and what is tested is taught. The so-called writing teaching is actually therecitation of functional sentences and model essays. While the students have no interest in Englishwriting and the main purpose is to get a high score in the exam. Most students only complete oneessay on each test. The most common way to evaluate writing is to give student’s writing a grade.This situation is obviously inconsistent with the importance of English writing. In order to changethese non-ecological phenomena, the author tries to construct the ecological classroom model ofwriting in different ways and to check which is better.

Secondly, with regard to the second question, the author want to check whether the ecologicalclassroom mode of English writing instruction have an effect on improving students’ English writingability in senior high schools. The construction of ecological classroom is based on thestudent-centered theory. Therefore, the author established such an ecological classroom model in thesecond round action research and completed the writing teaching contents of four units. The datafrom pretest and post-test shows that the students’ writing scores improved.
