Human resource management: Staff training about 5 stars hotel in Chengdu, China
Abstract:
With China's entry into the World Trade Organization and the arrival of the economic globalization, as well as the quickened process of hotel group and the brand, in order to win in the competition, the hotel 代写留学生论文increasingly demand the quality of the staff. How to improve the quality of the staff, to train high-quality staff has been a big problem to worry hotel. Hence, increased training and set up a high-quality, well-structured talents team will no doubt be the key to win in the new situation. At present, five-star hotel in Chengdu also have problems in staff training such as no enough attention, the result without effectiveness and other issues. As a result, thoroughly assessment of training in 5 star hotels and re-thinking of the Chengdu 5-star hotel have great realistic significance for sustainable development. According to the survey findings, the author analyzes the problems in the training of modern hotel, and proposes the suggestion to improve the effectiveness of training for hotel.
The organization of the thesis is as follows: In the introduction part, the author illustrates the background, the current situation of Chengdu 5 star hotel development, research objectives, contents, structure, and research methodology as well. In chapter two, firstly introduce the training’s significance and function for the hotel and staff development, meanwhile analyze the related training theory and get inspiration. In chapter 3, combine the theoretical analyses and study achievement with the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to find out the current problem existing in the current training. And examine the research method and estimate the effect. In chapter 4, find out the problems in the 5 star hotels’ training. Lastly the suggestions for future development of the 5 star hospitality industry in chapter 5, and conclusions and future research opportunities are presented.

Chapter 1 introduction
1.1 The background of the study
When entering into the 2 1 century, with the formation of economic globalization pattern and the vigorous development of China's tourism, consumer awareness is gradually mature. At present, China's government departments at all levels have attached great importance and support to tourism this highly effective industry, so hotel industry closely related to the tourism have a prospective outlook. With the sustained and rapid development of tourism, hotel demand will have a significant growth. So far from 2007, the hotel industry with an active capital market has fully demonstrated the broad prospects of the development of hotel industry. In the next few years, in the background with appreciation of the RMB, not only economic hotels, high-star hotel investment will also continue to maintain a warming trend, the active performance of capital market in the hotel industry will directly result that hotel industry have a large-scale mergers and acquisitions.
Since 2000, the hotel industry boom cycle has lasted seven years, during which high-star hotel has rapid development. By the end of 2007, four or five-star hotels to be rated, under construction, to be built has reached 1,107, in which there are 554 equivalent to the five-star, 1.9 times of the five-star hotel in 2007.
