Linear heads who carry out their functions by effective way, are encouraged to head highly acting teams. The relations which these linear heads maintain with the top management and own managers, are important in the readiness to reflect controlled behavior in administrative actions. Linear heads definitely reflect the positive behavior connected with work of high level. Linear heads are necessary to be selected in the effective way with due attention to their behavior to management of the employee and to what degree they do support organizational values who distinguishes behavior which is supported and which isn't. Linear heads carry out the functions with attention to improving activity of employees effectively which in turn would stimulate full organizational work. The organizations demand encouraging linear heads for management of employees and guaranteeing that them operate in the positive way, thus increasing organizational work. The organizations also demand encouragement of linear heads of ensuring high commitment to administrative actions of the employee by means of office certification and various other motivational methods so that it increased the cost of the connected actions of development. Also it is very considerable for HR, functioning to remain knowing that linear heads possess inconsistent priorities where all managers demand appropriate time for performance of their administrative actions of the employee.(Weightman, 2011)

Among linear heads in the organization those managers to whom certain employees tell directly. These managers possess responsibility, to their higher administrative level, for leading employees or teams in the organization. A front line managers address to those which are present at lower layer on hierarchical structure, a lump employees, without organizing or controlling responsibility, report. These managers actively participate in administrative actions of the employee, thus improving their separate actions. The relations, intermediate linear heads and HR functioning, dealt with many changes in recent times. Changes in delivery of methods of human resources underwent change in the duties owing to a large number of actions of HR as, objective planning of settlement or recruitment. A front line managers carry out a vital role concerning introduction and the resolution of policy of Human resources and practice. Functioning of linear heads provides satisfaction to employees where they feel in the positive way about their relations with these managers. It provides to employees the increased level of satisfaction work, high loyalty or the obligation to the organization. It in turn leads to highly effective level and increased controlled behavior. The increased attention to the obligation of the employee, on a modern workplace, reflects that this special aspect of a role of linear heads, concerning management of employees, influences. It was found that linear heads have considerable impact on attractive employees where they act as the interface, intermediate the organization and its all manpower. Thus it is very important to pay attention to a sample of the organization of a choice along with development and management of work of linear heads of providing that they executed the functions with the maximum potential opportunity, engaging employees.
