company. My dream job is top salesman and now working as a sales
assistant become a basic learn before I involve this job. There are some
personal qualities below.
3.个人品质-3.Personal Qualities
3.1 Effective Communication
As
a top salesman communication is very important for me company because
it can brings many benefits to us such as efficient of working, reduces
conflict and confident or persuade dealing with the customer. Especially
salesman and customer service they must do more efforts in customers
and patient listen customer needs. For examples employers need
candidates can listen to instructions and act on the instructions with
minimal guidance by the junior. Employers want the employees to write,
speak, listen effectively and explain everything clearly for the
customers.
3.2 Computer and Technical Literacy
In
this 21 century, everything related the computers. In era advanced
technology century. Majority of the jobs must require understanding
using the computer software ranging basic to advance such as UBS,
Microsoft, Power Point, e-mail, internet and others. For example
salesman wants to present their annual sales performance with using
power point and Microsoft word to make a report for the boss, marketing
manager and others. On the other hand, some company provides Galaxy Tab,
PDA and laptop for salesman to promote goods or products of company to
the customers. With using this advanced technology facilities can
increases efficient of working. Sometimes, we see advertisement, flyers
and LED display board are display or given by the colleges provides
part-time study about computers to the workers who have require use
computer to work in company.
3.3 Experience and Diversity
Experience
and diversity can improve productivity and find the best way to solve
it when facing problem. Employers want to need employees experience
working because usually employers give tasks to the employees. For who
experience or knowledge about this tasks then experience employees
automatically working very well and perfectly without employer guidance.
Through this point, we can conclude that experience can reach higher
performance levels. Diversity of the employees can increase diversity of
views with the employers to the decision-making process.
3.4 Have Positive Attitude
A
salesman with the positive mindset can achieve anything he wants. He is
willing to accept any responsibilities given to him with having a
positive attitude in anything. A salesperson will not give up easily on
his job when he meets failure is the meaning a positive attitude. With a
positive attitude, he is willing to work hard to achieve goals. He
knows that want to achieve quota must have good product knowledge and
have determination in order to succeed. Instead he speaks very well or
not is not a reason important is if he is willing to learn. A person who
have a positive mind is has no big obstacles in front of
