摘要:In the process of students' English learning, the teacher should develop and intensify students' English learning motivation through definite teaching goals. The factors which influencing English learning motivation is complex.

no boundaries of conventional reality. Thus the dynamic boundary of the fantasy removes the risk of expression. The fantasy is a freeing experience. While engaged in the activity, the student's inner experiences, feelings, and thoughts are expressed as if they were events in the outer world. The students reveal as much as they want to reveal through the fantasy and as they develop trust in the class they want to reveal more to each other. The fantasy, in essence, moves the student from linguistic conceptualization to communication. The exercises of different fantasy journeys cause the students to penetrate, perceive, structure, create or recreate the reality that they know or will come to know. Thus, the college students are free to express their own unique messages through the stimulus of the fantasy. By requiring all students to identify with an object or personage, they are all placed in the similar situation or creating their own imaginary world. They cannot be judged in that world, and therefore are more spontaneous in their speech. There is no room for them to rehearse their statements since they are using the language to create the fantasy world as they go along.
 
 Ⅵ.Conclusion
  To sum up, motivation is fatal important. And the ways to motivate college students in English learning is more important to English learning. Facing the learning society and the times of lifelong learning, and also the arrival of the era of globalization, as the qualified college students, we should try our best to learn English. Therefore, the study of motivation in English learning education should become an important task in order to ensure the learners’ ability to study independently and also sustainable development ability. The ways the author mentioned above are relatively effective to motivate and sustain college students in English learning. English study motivation is the intrinsic study of the English, and it is also the headspring of college students' English learning. Without English learning motivation, students can hardly study English well. In English teaching process, as teachers, they should try their best to stimulate students' English learning motivation, urge the college students to relate the short-term goal with the long-term goals, arouse their interest in English study. Only in this way, the students can fully show their initiative in English study. In the process of students' English learning, the teacher should develop and intensify students' English learning motivation through definite teaching goals. The factors which influencing English learning motivation is complex. It can be said that the stimulation and maintaining of English learning motivation is a systemic process, which need English teachers, teaching managers and learners cooperate together.
