Thirdly, the application of ERP requires enterprises change the formal process order or realize the parallel process, which will help monitors closely watch the process. In this process, ERP will help enterprises delete the useless step or simplify the complex step of information low. The basic management of information flow will be highly effective, comprehensive, standardized and accurate. After that, enterprises will have more room to coordinate the process, integrate the information and analyze the decision information.
