s more attention to the short-term economic benefits while ignores the design of the long-term development strategy. This situation brings the direct effect to the human resources management of the club. In order to survive in the fierce competitive environment, manager of the club must pay more attention to the importance of the human resources management (Tracy, 2006). And according to their actual situation and under the guidance of the human resource management theory, managers should detect the existence of human resources management problems and take concrete measures to resolve them as soon as possible, so as to provide supports of human resources for the long-term stability and sustainable development of the club.
 
Facing with the competitive and changing market environment, the club must surmount the current human resource management difficulties so as to achieve the new development of the whole enterprise. Due to the above problems analysis and recommendations in human resources management of the club, the writer wishes that managers of the club can find appropriate methods to solve these problems.
