摘要:本文主要讲了入门级的职位评估,任何的职位都有一定的要求,文中就讲到了这些职位的要求:具备一定的技能和满足一定的标准,并且具体地进行了讲解。

skill, can be defined as anything that results in fruitful operational relationships and positive outcomes. Also, self management skill focuses on one’s general attitude towards their job. Also, there are technology skills which are required and used in an effort to execute tasks timely and efficiently. Learning skills take into consideration ongoing improvement and expansion in an employee as well as the company (Taylor, 2005). Additionally, there are skills that are basic which takes into consideration the ability of being able read, write, listen and speak. These are the skills that are vital for entry level professionals regardless of their job descriptions (North, & Worth, 2004). These skills, according to Handel, seem to be also in shortage. Furthermore, these general skills can also be referred to as qualitative attributes because they are more basic and commonly required for entry level positions. Similarly to Taylor, 2005; Gabric, and McFadden, 2001 reconfirmed the general skills mentioned above. This is evident when Gabric, and McFadden, 2001 stated the ability to work in collaboration with others, plan and pilot projects which are vital for success and growth of an IS profession. Likewise, these identical requirements are also seen in a research article by Noll & Wilkins, 2002 as skills that are considered to be of great importance by employers. Therefore, these general skills have been proven by the researchers to be the skills required across the board. Other, researchers referred to these same general skills as soft skills when assessing the skills of the IT professional (Noll & Wilkins, 2002).

On the other hand, in an industry that is constantly changing, technical skills continue to be an essential requirement amongst IT departments and a significant skill for entry level professionals of this area. Although, there are many types of skills that researchers have taken into consideration, technical skills remain the most common. This is evident, because Bryan and Turner, 2001; Gupta and Wachter ,1998 and Lee et al., 1995 determined that there are various categories of IS skills that a IS professional should have which includes technical skills, business functional skills, interpersonal and management skills. Technical skills were considered to be skills which dealt specifically with being able to set up and utilize the technologies available at the time in order to meet the needs and demands of any institution. Moreover, in a study which focused on IS employment it was discovered that these job descriptions also required as requisite technical skills that encompassed being able to provide user support, install respective soft wares as well as the ability to install and maintain computer devices and being able to trouble shoot (Tesch, Braun and Crable, 2008).

Technical skills can also be referred to as quantitative attributes which include knowing computer language, as well database management skills (Gabric, & McFadden, 2001). In addition, Tesch, Braun, and Crable, 2008 noted that employers agreed that although technical skills are vital there are other requirements as well which should be taken into context such as communication skills, analytical skills and managerial skills which are essentially basic skills.

Similarly, technical expertise can be referred to as the knowledge and the skills required to comp论文英语论文网提供整理,提供论文代写英语论文代写代写论文代写英语论文代写留学生论文代写英文论文留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
