摘要:本文以外国企业进入中国市场为例,研究了人力资源管理对跨国公司和国际组织至关重要的作用。

They believe that a good inter personal relationship can only be nurtured through a common experience of life in an organization over a long period of time and in addition, that one’s personality can be changed through common experience of life in an organization over a long period of time.
