Any employee should have a free source of communication with their superiors and sub-ordinates in order to achieve the objective and the target which is set by the organization. In Boubyan bank, the interactivity process takes as bottom-up approach where members of the team are invited to actively participate in every step of the process of management.

The bottom-up approach used in the Boubyan bank is an effective approach among employees since the communication can be well executed through managers to their subordinates. The decision about an action to be taken involves the whole team and the managers can communicate the goals and objectives through proper planning. This kind of approach helps the employees think creatively to reach the milestones set by the managers. The feeling of involvement in the project development is enhanced with this approach which results in the increased motivation among employees to finish the projects successfully. The budgets, results and schedules are very transparent and each individual member of the team get opportunity to give their own ideas for the successful solutions of the project. Non-verbal communication is the primary way to communicate emotions through facial expressions, gestures and postures.
Listening:
The main attribute of effective communication is the listening process requiring energy and concentration. A psychological connection with the speaker is necessary to get involved. People should try to see things from the other person’s perspective. In a non-verbal communication, full attention should be given to the speaker.
