There is tension between the trade union and the management of the Automobile Maintenance Organization regarding issues such as pay rewards and stress from having to maintain a large number of cars in a day. Mostly there is a trade union leader whom the whole trade union follows; he is the representative for the union and all the demands are conveyed to the management through him. Most of the times it has been seen that the demands of the trade union is conflicting or is contradictory with that of the stake holder's interest or the organizational goals and aims so there is often a conflict or tension between the two.

 

The easiest way to resolve the problem is to arrange a meeting between the trade union representative and someone from the organization management so that they can agree on common grounds but in this case both will have to sacrifice to some extent.
