摘要:人力资源管理问题涉及到各个方面,在汽车维修行业也存在着人力资源管理上的一些问题,本报告旨在证明它们所面临的被称为汽车维修单位组织的人力资源管理的问题。
The need for achievement: the drive to excel, achieve in relation to set of standards, strive to succeed.
The need for power: the need to make other behave in a way that they would not have behaved otherwise.
The need for affiliation: the desire for friendly and close interpersonal relationships.
Automobile maintenance organization should follow the Maslows hierarchy of need because it gives a complete set of motivational needs that are required to boost up any employee's moral or motivational level as AMO is in desperate need of making its employees able to work to their full extent. As Maslows hierarchy of needs clearly identifies the need of Human Resource department in the organization because it is the only department in any organization which is responsible for the moral building of the employees.
HR department of the automobile maintenance organization should also arrange some training sessions and some workshops to increase their motivational level so that they do not feel left out and it should also provide counselling who so ever needs some so that they can discuss their personal problems regarding the pressures of tiring working hours. In this way HR department can help them in solving their problems. HR department can also provide them with the luxury of paid holidays or relaxed working hours this will help them in spending some quality time with their families

Facilitate communication between employee and administrator
