Language is always in constant change. It is the changes of language that make it charming. Different languages interact with each other, changing people's cognition to mother tongue. Ge believes that China English is a language variety on the basis of Standard English. It expresses Chinese society and culture which has Chinese characteristics.
 Chinglish, as a kind of English which is not standard, is a variety of spoken or written English language that is influenced by the Chinese language. The term "Chinglish" is commonly applied to ungrammatical English in Chinese contexts. Chinese English learners who still tend to think in Chinese will make mistakes when using English. On the one hand, Chinglish is English expression in forms; on the other hand, it carries Chinese thoughts. Native English speakers will be puzzled by this kind of English.
