1.1 Background of research
In the 21 century, the process of globalization is more and more fast. As an aspirant and ambitious organization, it has to strengthen the awareness of crisis. Facing to the globalization, the moods of organizations are complex. Globalization not only benefits reasonable allocation of the world’s resources, but also contributes to the capital and products’ flowing in the global. It is also helpful for the expansion of science and technology in the global. However, everything has two sides. Globalization is also so. Bringing important driving force for an organization, globalization also has brought many uncertain factors. So researching the problem has certain practical significance for organizations.
