Concern about the dissertation there is a limit in time and length. The focus will be on extension strategy of Organic food in the UK and Europe.
The dissertation project will cover the following aims:
• Definite different type of Organic food  and recommend which kind of product are suitable for UK and Europe market.
• Analyze market prospect and potential of Organic food .
• Identify challenges on market extension issue.

The objective of the dissertation is to present an architecture and framework model for market extension issue based on Organic food, to provide comprehensive solutions of managing and securing the Organic food market.

There are three research questions the researcher want to analyze during this thesis:
• Which kind of Organic food will be popular on UK and EU market?
• What are key advantage of Organic food compared with other kinds of food?
• Which kind of risks customers should be pay attention when they choose Organic food ?

The purpose of Literature review is to analyze what has already been found by previous researchers on 'Organic food' topic, and to what extent the researcher agree or disagree with what had been written, and what point of view has the researcher taken to answer the research questions mentioned above.
