Summary

As a member of WTO, China has promised to open the domestic market gradually. When the foreign companies enter this huge market, however, how to solve the growth problem which generated in this new competition, especially in the insurance field, has come to be one of the topics which are urgent to consider. For the 43 foreign insurance corporations which have entered into China insurance field, according to the stable economic development and huge potential consumers, their premiums have achieved about 420 billion RMB in the past year. Nowadays, the shareholding revolution of nationalized insurance companies also provides a special opportunity which is attracting more and more foreign insurance corporations to engage into China insurance market. The foreign insurance corporations find out a convenient and high-return way to share this “huge cake” in China insurance market, and their rich experiences and abundant funds become to be their best weapon. Although nowadays China insurance market comes to be more and more generalization and globalization, which is bringing a lot of new opportunities, such as the high-increased turnover, the service diversification, the fast-developed agencies, and the rule perfection, there are still lots of issues which need to discuss. In front of the intense competition, the domestic insurance companies need to find an effective method to solve their limitations and grow up stably. https://www.51lunwen.org/Insurance/So gaining the capital through issuing stock comes to be an effectual way to enlarge the business of China insurance company and optimize the operations. In other words, IPO (Initial Public Offering) has become a more and more significant tool for the domestic insurance company. In the process of IPO, how to avoid asset depreciation, launch asset manage company, and arrange employees need to discuss.
