Then the author moves on the Hague-Visby Rules, brief describe the legislative process, content and significance of Hague-Visby Rules. Following, the author shows the application and defects of the Hague-Visby Rules, the Hamburg Rules re-adjust and completely change the Hague-Visby Rules. Finally, in the light of analysis, the author considers although the precise application of the Hague-Visby Rules is unclear from the text, Hamburg Rules re-adjust and completely changes the Hague-Visby Rules.
