I should do an analysis of how to make effective S&D more efficient under RTAs. Try to start by identifying the origin of S&D in RTAs at the beginning. Why has there been an interest in including S&D in RTAs? Use examples and history to back up this finding. Then put forward the current issues exist in SDT under RTAs and relevant solutions to make SDT more efficient under RTAs. Remember I should analyze the issues and solutions what are RTAs doing with regard to SDT that the WTO is not!!!!! And what contributions do RTAs bring to SDT. 
Finally move to advantages and disadvantages of doing in those ways and make sure to write conclusions on my part not only conclude how to make SDT more efficient under RTAs but also to join them with the first part in the end.

I. Introduction介绍

The Doha Declaration for instance aims at ‘…strengthening [SDT provisions] and making them more precise, effective and operational’.  Nevertheless, the WTO is not the only scenario in which SDT plays a relevant role. Regional Trade Agreements (hereinafter RTAs) have also included certain benefits for developing countries in the form of SDT, which could actually result more beneficial to them in some aspects than those provided for under the multilateral system. However, the panorama for the latter is not so gloomy after all.
This paper intends to provide an overview of the most challenging obstacles for SDT and ways to address them both, within the WTO multilateral system, and under RTAs. The strengths and weaknesses of both approaches will be enounced along each section. Finally, section III presents our conclusions
