Critically Review How the HR System at Singapore Airlines Supports Achievement of the Organization’s Goals
Introduction
This article aims at analyzing the SIA’s human resource systems which support the company business goals and the human resource function keeps the strategy consistency with their company strategy through the case study and the other references. https://www.51lunwen.org/ygshlw/2012/0619/2250268139.html First, this article analyzes the case of SIA. Second, it introduces SIA using best fit approach to ensure the human resource strategy matching for the firm strategy.
