Abstract
Strategic goal is crucial to the development of enterprises. the right strategy goal formulation of an enterprise in a certain period can help to achieve the www.51lunwen.org/InternationalBusinessManagement/ dynamic balance among enterprise external environment, internal conditions and the goals of the enterprise, then enable enterprises to obtain long-term stability and harmonious development, so as to enhance the brand value. Brand value and brand positioning reflect some value of the business basically, also represent the corporate image. Therefore, at any time, the establishment of a strong brand is an important link in the enterprise sustainable development.
战略目标是企业发展的关键。在一定时期内企业正确的战略目标的制定有助于企业外部环境之间达到动态平衡,内部条件和企业目标,使企业获得长期稳定与和谐发展,从而提升品牌价值。品牌价值和品牌定位基本反映一些商业价值,也代表着企业形象。因此,在任何时候,强势品牌的建立是企业可持续发展的一个重要环节。
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) refers to the enterprises should undertake responsibility to employees, customers, community and environment as well as create profits and bear legal responsibility for shareholders. Corporate social responsibility requires the enterprises to give up the profit as the only goal of the traditional philosophy. CSR emphasizes the value of human in the production process, contribution on consumer, environment and society. With the progress of economy and society, enterprises not only should be responsible for the profitability, and environment, but also assume the corresponding social responsibilities.
Taking the IKEA company as the research background, the author analyzes the internal and external political and economic environment, the brand strategy and brand positioning in order to provide useful reference to the sustainable development of IKEA. The anthor intends to adopt questionnaire of market research method to get the first hand market feedback information firstly. Secondly, the author uses the external PEST, five forces model analysis tools and external integration analysis tool SWOT to analyze the present situation the enterprise faces, then analyze IKEA’s CSR performance and social role, people’s attitude to various problems in the international development and CSR performance. Finally, the author put forward some measures to establish a high-quality brand image and erase the negative effects of these emerging events related with IKEA.
The conclusions of this research are:
1) To maintain low price high quality strategy to promote the market share and reputation of IKEA’s products is the important way to completely break the bottleneck of the increasing procurement costs and the decline of product quality in the development of the enterprise for IKEA.
2) IKEA should improve the products’ quality as well as the pursuit of a good price to make the core business in the healthy and steady operation.
