5.2.2 Not taking any advice

The accounting managers are expected to make tough decisions even though. The team members don't possess the years of experience. For the accounting manager, now is the time to listen and learn. The manager must seek advice from colleagues and mentors while working hard to bridge communication gaps with team members. Building a rapport with the team members builds trust.

5.2.3 Not taking enough control

Not taking enough control is just as deadly to the accounting manager. The authority is paramount or else the whole system falls apart. As a leader, the accounting manager can be cordial and respectful with the teammates, but the manager can't be the team member's best friend. This is the sacrifice that any good manager must realize, and accept.


6.高水平的性能——High levels of performance


As an accounting manager, the manager must analyze what went right, what went wrong, and what can do differently the next time the manager face a challenge. However, the manager must take time to identify and reflect on the key issues in the situations the manager will face. Besides that, the manager must reward to those who performance but must ensure that rewards are equal. When rewarding performance, the manager must be sure that the incentive program is equal and fair. Do reward the teams appropriately and thoughtfully? However, the manager may need to set aside extra time for one-on-one calls with remote workers. The more isolated the workers, the more attention may need. It's easy for remote staff to feel unmotivated and isolated. And the order hand the manager can manages the team to high levels of performance. As an accounting manager, the manager can set up an intranet team page.? This could include a forum for suggestions or ideas on particular projects and photographs of team members.


7、总结——7. Conclusion


As the accounting manager, the manager has to solve the problem by using the function of Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling. However, the accounting manager uses the 3 skill Conceptual skill, Technical skill and Human skill to manage the accounting department. Furthermore, the accounting manager must also think that how to motivate the team in order to perform high levels performance.
