6. Conclusions
The anti-dumping inherently is a legal approach to safeguard fair trade, against unfair competition and to protect domestic childish industry development. But because international anti-dumping system is not perfect, when all countries make the domestic anti-dumping legislation, they have immensely room for manoeuvre, so the antidumping law in many countries is against the principle of WTO in the process of implementation. The western countries in order to protect the status of their steel products in the international trade frequently use anti-dumping measures to Chinese export products of steel, so China is one the biggest victims of anti-dumping, however, when export steel products are frequently encountering anti-dumping and at the same time as Chinese anti-dumping law system is not too perfect, causing China’s anti-dumping power of steel imports is inadequate.
