changing alternatives using their historic decision-making methods.

Second, the motivation to engage in the entrepreneurial experience was precipitated by a set of beliefs by the scientist. This was framed by both intuitive and observational judgments. This perception was not based on a real-world comparisons but rather the perception that they were at least as capable as other entrepreneurs, the skill-set was common, and that this skill set was readily transferrable between individuals at the same or lesser capabilities. The phenomenon became manifest based on individually held beliefs about entrepreneurship though the skill-set necessary for success was not consistent with their history.

Third, the choice to engage in the entrepreneurial process was fortified by the entrepreneur's belief that their technical acumen was sufficient to sustain or be successful in the new venture. This was revealed by the expressions of perceived realism, which indicated that their previous experience was adequate or that their knowledge of the technical aspects was sufficient. This means that they believed the technological aspects of becoming a scientific entrepreneur were more important in the new venture creation process and that the business aspects of starting or sustaining a successful business were less influential in the new venture creation process. Many scientists-turned-entrepreneurs later realized that while they possessed the requisite technical acumen, the business aspects of starting and sustaining a new venture were more complex than they had believed. Thus, the phenomenon became one of confrontation, adversity, and challenge because of the inefficacy of the entrepreneur or the rigors of the new venture creation process.

Fourth, the decision to engage in the entrepreneurial process was, in most cases determined by a comparison to others who had engaged in the process and yielded positive results. This was related in expressions of opinions about the process, world-lessons given to the entrepreneur by others, traditions, or inherited lore. Yet, most readily agreed that this knowledge was insufficient to prepare them for the rigors of the entrepreneurial process. This suggests the phenomenon started with a foregone conclusion that resulted in ambiguity about the process because they were unsuspecting and unprepared for the true rigors of the entrepreneurial process.

The central themes resident in the data given by these scientific entrepreneurs assumes a progression toward initiating a new business venture. A more realistic assumption was that other options were available but were not consistent with the participant's pursuit of their ideal self. These entrepreneurs decided to pursue their ideal. In the pursuit of their ideal, these entrepreneurs endured a common set of circumstances that serve to reflect the meaning of the experience.

Implications and Meanings in the Research Findings

The triggers and motivations that entrepreneurs view as important in conceptualizing the new venture varied. Each environmental entrepreneur brought a different perspective to the conceptualization of his or her new venture. The entrepreneurs generally transitioned from a similar scientific business to their new venture. In many cases, this fundamentally facilitated the decision to start their own environmental venture. In some cases, this proved advantageous. In a few, 论文英语论文网提供整理,提供论文代写英语论文代写代写论文代写英语论文代写留学生论文代写英文论文留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
