1. Introduction:
Migration is a world-wide and complex issue. Form the report of the International Organization for Migration in 2010, there were appropriately 214 million international migrants all over the world in 2010. People migrate for their home countries to other countries for many reasons. Many of them consider that there may be more economic opportunities in another country and some people migrate in order to be together their migrated family members. Besides, there are also other reasons such as for better education abroad, due to wars, political conflicts, and natural disasters in own country and so on. (Yang, Dean. 2006) Today, the world is changing faster and faster and the migration flows are changing more quickly too. For instance, more people in Asia have no needs to cross the ocean but find https://www.51lunwen.org/SpanishDissertation/2012/0227/1106504597.html jobs just in Asia, and at the same time more people from Latin America are migrating to the Europe for the sake of work. (IOM World Migration Report Series, 2005 ) In return, the international migration makes a great contribution to the world change too. For example, the economic costs and benefits of international migration play an important role in the policy making to some extend. Germany, as a case, a typical country which still today has treated itself as a non-immigration country, had passed an Immigration Bill, which has been at work since 2005, and the UK has elected its first local councilor of Somali origin.Three similar other stories are recurring in the global or there may be more. (Open up, 2008) However, the effects of the migration are so complex and diverse that the debates still stand by confusion.
