I used to think that to be engaged in accounting industry should adhere to independent, objective and fair principles, through the internship, I found that strengthening the communication with customers is also very important, because it is helpful to establish a good relationship of cooperation with them to be convenient for a more effective implementation of our audit work.
Through the internship, I have realized that anyone who wants to success should balance life and work. A person should work hardly and work in duty during working time and relax himself when them back to home and enjoy the time with his family. A person should do best on his work and satisfy with his family.
Through the internship, I thought that my personality was very suitable for the accounting industry, as when I was young, I was sensitive to numbers, I liked working with numbers. Moreover, I have strong physical and psychological conditions to cope with pressure of work, more importantly, I really enjoy the sense of achievement that the job brings me.

3. What didn’t you accomplish that you originally set out to? Why? What was your role in this result? How would you change things if you could and why do you think this would create a better outcome?
The goal designed before entering into my internship requires that I should be independent in accomplish documents of various types. However, in my internship, because of a lack of adequate preparation for professional knowledge, some documents were fresh for me and I did not master related theoretical knowledge about different types of documents well, after the end of my internship, I failed to complete documents of certain types by myself. If I could learn relevant theoretical knowledge well before engaging in my internship, I might achieve the goal better.

4. What more is left to learn if you choose this as a future career path? What are your plans to make this happen?
In the future, if I will be engaged in accounting industry, in addition to further strengthening theoretical foundation and rich work experience, I should also be familiar with the operation of accounting software. As the operation of accounting software is a practical and feasible work, I'm going to take part in some additional training to improve my level of operation of financial software.

5. If you did not meet the stated agreements of the internship, what remains to be done to complete? What agreement has been reached with your mentor in this regard?
If I did not meet the stated agreements of the internship, I hope to extend my internship, I hope that with my efforts, my final performance can meet the stated agreements of the internship finally. In principle, my mentor also agreed to extend the internship if necessary.
