(2) Culture Learning through Business Context
Culture learning can be improved through introducing the business context. Business English borrows ideas from management training. In discussing the role of management in Business English, different views toward management should be emphasized. Students are encouraged to find materials about the role of management in different countries before the class. Then, through the discussion of the materials they find, they might have the following conclusion. Dominant managerial values in the United States include" achievement and success, belief in hard work,
pragmatism, optimism, Putitanism, rationality, impersonality in interpersonal work relationship, equality of opportunity, acceptance of competition, and individualism" [2](p.180)

Culture learning can also be improved through discussing the specific business practices such as appointment seeking, greeting behavior, gift giving, negotiation and strategies in negotiation as well as the language itself.
Culture learning can be improved through discussing the differences in negotiations and the strategies involved in different cultures. The awareness of the differences in negotiations caused by cultures is as important as the language used. In negotiations with many cultures, a "yes" actually means "no". (4) Culture Learning in Test
Culture learning can be realized through finding the mistakes in culture that students might have in the test of background knowledge of language and communicative ability in Business English. The test goes like this--finding out the appropriate answer to each question according to the understanding of culture and English language.

A) Say, "Yes, please."
B) Say, "No, thank you." and wait for your friend to ask you again.
C) Say, "That's OK. I can get it myself."
A) is much more appropriate than any other choices in this question.Chinese who don't have an understanding the importance of straight talk about the American character might choose the wrong
